1. Service description
GuideMapp is a platform that generates personalized travel itineraries using artificial intelligence and offers self-guided audio tours. Itineraries are based on the preferences you provide and are indicative: availability, schedules and prices may vary, so we recommend verifying the information at official sources before visiting each place.
2. User account
To generate itineraries you need a GuideMapp account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms, make fraudulent use of the service, or engage in activities that compromise the platform.
3. Plans, credits and payments
GuideMapp offers paid plans (single, Express 48h, Advanced 7 days, Expert 30 days) processed through Stripe. Payment is made in advance and credits or premium access are applied immediately after payment confirmation. Prices may change at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed. Promotional codes have specific conditions (validity, number of uses) and may be revoked if abuse is detected.
4. Refund policy
Given the digital nature of the service and the immediate consumption of credits when generating an itinerary, no refunds are accepted once the credit has been used. If you experience a technical failure that prevents the itinerary from being generated, contact us within 14 days at guidemapp@gmail.com and we will evaluate each case individually.
5. AI-generated content
Itineraries are generated by AI models (Google Gemini) and may contain inaccuracies, omissions or suggestions that do not match reality. While we make a reasonable effort to improve quality, GuideMapp does not guarantee that the information is accurate, complete or up to date. You are responsible for verifying schedules, prices, accessibility and restrictions of each place before visiting. We are not responsible for expenses, losses or inconveniences that may arise from following the itinerary's recommendations.
6. Intellectual property
The GuideMapp brand, the website, the design, the software and the editorial texts are property of GuideMapp OÜ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Generated itineraries are for your personal use: you may consult them, share them with your travel group and print them, but you may not redistribute them commercially or use them to train other models without express written authorization.
7. User conduct
You agree not to use GuideMapp for illegal purposes, not to attempt to access restricted parts of the platform, not to reverse-engineer the software, not to automate use of the service through bots or scrapers, and not to introduce offensive, fraudulent or third-party-infringing content in the free-text fields (wizard comments, contact form).
8. Personal data

9. Limitation of liability
GuideMapp is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any harm arising from the use or inability to use the service, including poorly planned trips, closed venues or experiences that do not meet your expectations. GuideMapp's maximum liability is in any case limited to the amount effectively paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the incident.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The last updated date is shown at the top of the document. Material changes will be notified by email or via a visible notice on the site. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect implies acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by European Union law and, where applicable, by the laws of Estonia, where GuideMapp OÜ is incorporated. For consumers residing in the EU, this does not affect the mandatory rights applicable in your country of residence. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts under applicable consumer regulations.
